ArcusCAD provides CAD drafting and GIS mapping support services based on inputs provided by the client (e.g. licensed land surveyors). We do not perform field surveying work ourselves. The final licensed land surveyor remains solely responsible for validating boundaries, checking measurements, and applying their seal to any plat drawing.
Typical residential boundaries are returned in 24 to 48 hours. Turnaround estimates exclude federal holidays and weekends unless overnight rush pricing is selected. If layout adjustments are needed to conform to your standard guidelines, we provide free corrections within 12 hours of notification.
ArcusCAD shall not be held liable for construction delays, boundary disputes, or title claim costs arising from drawings that have been stamped or recorded without the stamp-sealing surveyor conducting thorough check audits.
